Each begins as a message from your heart saying, "Pay attention. Listen to me. Follow me." 

That message is a gift. It is your inner guidance system. 

So why does this gift turn into a challenge? 

Because your heart is met by another part of you - a part that replays unconscious patterns that can keep you stuck. 

Healing comes when you can release the grip the pattern has on you and access the freedom you're looking for. 

This is where I help.

As a trained Family and Systemic Constellations Facilitator, I listen with skill and empathic attention to help you identify the core pattern behind your situation and support you to heal and integrate this pattern.

This work is profound and effective. Some clients experience a complete resolution of their initial concern after just 1-2 sessions, others find that our work together over time supports them to transform their challenges into a life of joy and purpose. 

How to Work with Me.

I work online via Zoom video conferencing, or in-person in the Greenfield, MA area. 

In-person sessions are held at your home or outside at a local park.

I charge $150/hour for couples. A couple's session is any family or intimate partnership where 2 or more people attend together to work on their relationship. 

I charge $150 for the first hour plus $75 for each additional hour for individuals. 

Most sessions are about 2 hours long.

This experience altered the course of my life. Within the year, I felt called to leave my teaching career to study and facilitate Family and Systemic Constellations. That was 10 years ago. In that time, I have become a skilled and respected facilitator with an international audience. 

Beyond the healing and resourcing I continue to receive through this work, it has given me a direct experience of the world beyond the ordinary. This has expanded my perception and given me the ability to map the underlying patterns that give rise to what we experience in the world. 

Early on, I was so enthusiastic that I wanted to share it with everyone! And, honestly, I still do. 

But I came to understand two important areas of resistance:

First, not everyone is ready for big change - and that's fine! If this is you, be gentle on yourself. As one of my teachers shared with me, this form of resistance is the way the body prepares for big change. When the time comes, you'll know. 

The second resistance is related to trauma - personal or ancestral. In the complexity of trauma, our resistance is an unconscious memory of the fear and pain of the original trauma.  To you I say: it is safe. You are safe. I am an experienced and compassionate coach with the skill and sensitivity to support you on your journey.
